1) It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that their profile is set to automatically renew or not. To check your status, log in & go to Membership.

2) Annual membership: may be cancelled if it has been renewed automatically and the member sends a cancellation notice within 2 months of that automatic renewal. The full fee will be refunded. There is no refund beyond that date.

3) Monthly membership: may be cancelled with a 1 month notice, ie  cancellation will take effect the month following receipt of the cancellation request.
